To discuss membership development. 4. To discuss meetings / programs for the month of December. Rtn Mahindra will take us through the update and plan activities • 4th Dec – Heritage Walk, morning 8 AM start, about 10 AM breakfast • 14th Dec – Speaker session – Proposed a joint meeting • 21st Dec – AGM Next BOD: • #6 04th Jan : To be hosted by Rtn Tawhid • #7 28th Jan : To be hosted by Rtn Bantwal • #8 25th Feb : To be hosted by ??? 5. To discuss forthcoming projects. RTN Pankaj will take us through the update and plan for projects for December. • Green periods (sanitary napkins) • Green Earth (tree plantation) • Happy village: not much progress since last scouting visit • The Last Word debate Competition, any item pending can be discussed here. • Children’s Bliss: updates regarding discussion with SCAW • Lady Hawabai school assistance: Teacher for Basic computer/ transportation / laptops / dental check-up / eye check-up • Dental checkup camp at Lady Hawabai School on Saturday 3th Dec for children and sr. citizens. • Basics of Financial Planning session in colleges in collaboration with Financially empowered • Proposal to have e-Waste collection on 18th Dec, our club to lead the program at district level. 6.
