30th Nov – Nomination committee meeting
Earlier proposed Joint meeting should be shifted to 4th Dec

RTN Pankaj took through the update and plan for projects for October
Green periods (sanitary napkins)
Invoice has been raised, 1.5L fund is pending from CSR partner, PP Rtn Sameer
Rupani is following up.
Green Earth (tree plantation)
Launched as per plan on Oct 1, board is pending.
Happy village: not much progress since last scouting visit
Drinking water project at Pandeshwar for Temple is over, inauguration is planned on
Tuesday 8th November’22. Board approved donation of water filter costing about
7800.
Drinking water project for village school - work is in progress. Taken care by
Bantwal foundation as of now.
The Last Word debate Competition
5th Nov and 12th Nov, locations is MCCI Auditorium Hadapsar, 16 schools and 13
colleges have confirmed so far.
The project cost is expected to be about 50k. Board approved raising funds from
members upto 50k towards this cost.
Prizes will be sponsored by Rtn Bantwal,
5k for winner and 2.5k for runner-up in both the category
5k for best speaker in both the category
Also a trophy for each of these and also for the Best researched team
Children’s Bliss: updates regarding discussion with SCAW
Not much update from Canada partner
To be executed by our club along with others as synergy project, 25k from Pankaj
Rotary Club of Pune Cantonment
Lady Hawabai school assistance: Teacher for Basic computer/ transportation / laptops /
dental check-up / eye check-up
Computer repairs cost of about 6600 will be contributed by Pankaj and Moiz once we
receive invoice from school
Baby warmer GG – 10k -payment to be done
10k from the trust will be provided, approved by board members
Basics of Financial Planning session in colleges in collaboration with Financially
empowered
Planned one in November, Mr Bantwal requested one for his office staff.
7. Youth Avenue
RTN Dr Hema updated on following points:
Euro school Installation on 28th November, approved by BoD
8. PI Avenue
Regular posts on social media mainly Facebook.
9. Any other point with the permission of the Chair.
Following two cost approved by BoD
6,000 for IT return and audit for club
27,500 for IT return and audit for trust
Projector restrictions from Poona Club
Plan is to convince about projector as electronic device to be used in meeting. PP
Prabhakar agreed to help in this matter.
